Hi, I’m Kim. My passion is helping women reach their health goals, especially those in menopause. I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Coach, NESTA certified Personal Trainer, and an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor. When I’m not health coaching, I compete in triathlons, happily leading the middle of the pack.
I have worked in the wellness field for over 9 years but maintaining my health has been a priority since high school. During the pandemic, my relationship with food and exercise started to change. Though nothing significant changed, I began to feel unhealthy. When I was twelve, a doctor put me on a diet, and I continued “dieting” until I turned fifty-one. Now, I’m free of those rules. I’m learning to love my body and feed it well rather than punish myself by exercising and starving with the narrow goal of losing weight. This shift in living hasn’t been easy, but I’ve found a balance outside the diet world and, yes, I am losing weight while gaining so much more.
I am here to help you find balance, too. Menopause is a time of transition. Let’s work together to find your new normal. What worked before menopause no longer works. Unhealthy habits have a greater impact now and will eventually catch up to you. We’re all unique, and what works for your friends may not work for you. We are all bio individuals, and we need to find what our new baseline of health. I am your partner in wellness.
