As your Health Coach, I am your accountability partner with an in depth knowledge of nutritional theories and the ability to motivate. I keep you moving toward your health goals. Forever Fierce Living offers both 3 and 6-Month coaching plans. During the duration of the plan, we will have 50 minute sessions every other week. Together, we will create an individualized, sustainable plan to improve your health and well-being.


As your Personal Trainer, I provide you with customized workouts designed to fit your needs and busy lifestyle. I keep you motivated to move more and sit less. We will meet via Zoom once a week so that I can demonstrate moves and watch your form.
Group Coaching consists of bi-weekly sessions with groups of other seeking healthy lifestyle changes. Each 50 minute session consists of an overview of a health topic, discussion with the group, and time to ask the coach and members questions. Included are handouts relevant to the top.
