Are you sick of diets? Sick of apps and challenges that only put you back where you started: frustrated? The Vibrant New You Challenge is different. This challenge isn’t just a diet or an exercise plan, but rather a plan that touches all aspects of your life. You will not only get help with food and exercise, but also with sleep, stress, and other aspects of your life that get in the way of making healthy changes.
The challenge provides group coaching calls, handouts, and exercises each week for 6 weeks. The group coaching call has a maximum of 10 people and covers the following focus areas: food, sleep, exercise, mindfulness, and the energy of life. Each meeting will begin with a topic and follow with an interactive session where group members can ask questions, share victories and struggles, and participate in exercises. We meet via Zoom.
The Challenge includes access to a private FB group for interaction with other participants and the coach. The Challenge includes help with meal planning, workout routines, and breathing and meditation guidance.
Through the challenge, you will make changes in each of five focus areas. Each participant’s journey through the challenge will be individualized by tweaking their different needs to improve their lives.
